Josh not only has an unbelievable knowledge in home building and renovation but he also brought the latest in home inspection technology including thermal cameras to detect leaks and a drone to do a full inspection of every square inch of the roof and chimney! His report was extremely detailed and included all the thermal imaging and drone footage. He even taped some of the areas that needed work!
